Housing refers to eviction cases where tenants or Landlords need assistance.

• Initial Filing: $150 our fee + Court Filing Fee varies based on wether the case is county or circuit court. 
• Subsequent Filings Same Case: $50 + Court Fees for cases. You will be quoted Court Fees once you tell us type of case.
• We will NEVER CHARGE you more than $500 per case (initial plus all subsequent filings).
• $65 for REVIEW ONLY of any self-prepared paperwork before self filing.
